A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation;

Deposits to be paid by check. 

Guests will be emailed a Reservation Confirmation Letter once your deposit has been received. 

Receipt of payment is your guarantee of your booking with Casa de Marco and is your good faith intent to honor your reservation.

If a cancellation is required, a refund will be made once your Unit has been totally re-rented and paid for in full. 

There is a $100 USD cancellation fee.
