All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent
to 50% of the charge for the full reservation. This deposit is collected
immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. If a credit card
deposit is not possible payment may be made by Western Union,
International Money Order, personal or business check drawn on a bank
in Mexico, or in cash. The reservation will not be confirmed until the
deposit funds have been deposited and have cleared the Casa de Marco
bank account.

*For Reservations with a check in date between April 15 and November 30th*

    * If the reservation is canceled five (5) days or more,
      prior to the arrival date; deposits made by credit card will be
      fully refunded to the credit card account that the deposit was
      made from, deposits made by means other than credit card will be
      refunded by check and mailed to the contact address. In all other
      cases, no refund will be given.

*For Reservations with a check in date Between December 1 and April 14*

    * If the reservation is canceled thirty (30) days or more,
      prior to the check in date;  deposits made by credit card will be
      fully refunded to the credit card account that the deposit was
      made from, deposits made by means other than credit card will be
      refunded by check and mailed to the contact address. In all other
      cases, no refund will be given.

Guests must ensure that they furnish Casa de Marco with accurate credit
card particulars. In the event that the Casa de Marco fails to collect
the required deposit due to such inaccuracies, then the requested
accommodation will not be secured and the Casa de Marco will not be held
responsible. You will receive a confirmation letter once your deposit
has been received by Casa de Marco.
